Warranty

Renewable Glow guarantees the products we manufacture against defects in workmanship and materials. We are so confident in our standards that we offer a 10-Year Warranty on our products.

Any product containing a manufacturer’s defect will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s cost. Please contact us with questions about placing a warranty claim.

Warranties extend to the original purchase and delivery only and are non-transferrable.

Renewable Glow’s warranty will become void if:

  • Products are not used, maintained, and installed according to the instructions and procedures defined by the company.
  • Products are altered or modified
  • Products are improperly used within the guidelines

Renewable Glow’s warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by natural disasters
  • Abuse, misuse, or intentional damage
  • Improper usage or maintenance
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Continued use of the product after discovery of defect

Warranty Claims

Customers are required to submit warranty claims in writing within 30-days following the date they discovered the defect, or by reasonable inspection should have discovered any claim break of the foregoing warranty. If the warranty claim is not submitted in writing within the 30-day time frame, the warranty claim will be waived.

All products returned to Renewable Glow under this warranty must be prepaid at the owner’s expense.

Returns

General Information

Renewable Glow has a standard 30-day return policy from the invoice date on most items with a 20% restocking fee. Customized products are unique are made to order and therefore we are unable to accept returns on those orders. Any manufacturing defects on custom items will be honored and a replacement product will be provided free of charge. Please note that no returns are accepted after 90-days.

All returned items must be returned clean, unused and undamaged. If the product(s) are damaged, Renewable Glow will determine the damaged fees to be applied against the return. Damage fees typically range between 50-100% of the product cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must ship products as traceable with proof of delivery.

Please note that the original shipping cost for all returning items is non-refundable. The processing fee for returned items that ship by freight will include a freight shipping cost deduction.

Return Instructions

Contact Renewable Glow about your return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and email you a prepaid return label.

Ship the item back to us; make sure it is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Wait for your account to be credited within 2-10 business days after we receive your item and inspect it. You will be issued a refund for the purchase price minus the processing fee.
